Peace Out, 2014 | The Year's Best Portraits

 I used to think "14" was my lucky number.

In both my professional and personal life, I have had somewhat of a rough year. As I look back on 2014, I feel a twinge of regret.

Regret for not taking more chances, for not knowing what I know when I needed it. Regret for not buying that strobe sooner, for not saving up for a whizbang lens, for not spending enough on marketing materials.

But the biggest feeling I get when I look back on 2014, is gratitude. I don't have to be here. I am not promised another breath. I am nothing. But God continues to supply me with life, family, friends, with business, and abundant blessings.

In no particular order or sequence, these are just some of my favorite images from 2014.
